1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TinyFix platform — including our website (tinyfix.in) and WhatsApp service — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. By sending a WhatsApp message to our business number or submitting a service request through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TinyFix Services ("TinyFix," "we," "us," or "our").

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You must have a valid Indian mobile phone number with an active WhatsApp account to book services.
• Technicians must provide valid government-issued identification and any relevant professional licenses or certifications during registration.
• By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

TinyFix is an intermediary platform that connects Customers with Technicians for home repair and maintenance services. We currently offer the following service categories:

5. Customer Obligations

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information including your name, phone number, service location (address and GPS coordinates), and description of the issue.
• Share relevant photos of the issue to help technicians assess the job before arrival.
• Ensure safe access to the service location for the assigned technician.
• Be available at the service location during the scheduled service window or make appropriate arrangements.
• Treat technicians with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination will result in immediate suspension of your account.
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent requests, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
• Make timely payment to the technician for services rendered as agreed upon.
• Provide honest ratings and reviews based on your actual experience.

6. Technician Obligations

As a Technician registered on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information including valid government ID, professional licenses, and contact details.
• Maintain necessary skills, tools, and certifications for your declared specialty.
• Accept or decline assignments promptly. Accepted jobs must be completed professionally.
• Keep your availability status accurate and ensure you are reachable when accepting jobs.
• Provide honest time estimates and communicate delays promptly through the platform.
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the platform.
• Not share customer personal information obtained through the platform with any third party.
• Provide fair and transparent pricing for services rendered.
• Use the postpone or cancel features with valid reasons if you are unable to fulfil an assignment, rather than abandoning the job.
• Accurately report amounts collected from customers upon job completion.

7. Booking & Service Process

7.1 Booking via WhatsApp

Our primary booking channel is WhatsApp. The automated booking process follows these steps:

You may also submit a service request through the contact form on our website. Website submissions are forwarded to WhatsApp for processing.

7.3 Conversation Timeouts

Incomplete booking conversations on WhatsApp will automatically reset after 5 minutes of inactivity. You can restart the process at any time by sending a new message. Rating prompts sent after service completion remain active for 24 hours.

8. Payments & Pricing

• Service pricing is determined by the Technician based on the scope of work, materials required, and complexity of the job. TinyFix does not set or control pricing for individual services.
• Payments are made directly to the Technician upon completion of the service via Cash or UPI.
• TinyFix does not process payments or act as a payment intermediary. We are not responsible for any payment disputes between Customers and Technicians.
• Technicians are required to accurately report amounts collected through the TinyFix Technician app.
• TinyFix may charge Technicians a commission (percentage-based or fixed) on completed jobs as per their agreement with us.
• Any pricing disagreements should be resolved between the Customer and Technician before the service begins. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may cancel the service request.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

9.1 Customer Cancellations

• Customers may cancel a service request at any time before the technician begins work by sending "cancel" followed by their request code via WhatsApp.
• Frequent cancellations without valid reason may result in temporary suspension of your ability to book services.

9.2 Technician Cancellations & Postponements

• Technicians may postpone or cancel an assignment with a valid reason through the TinyFix Technician app.
• Postponed jobs may be reassigned to other available technicians.
• Frequent cancellations by a Technician may affect their performance metrics and standing on the platform.

9.3 Refunds

Since payments are made directly to Technicians, TinyFix does not process refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the Technician or resolved through our customer support team, who will mediate on a best-effort basis.

10. Ratings & Reviews

• After service completion, Customers are invited to rate the service on a 1 to 5 star scale via WhatsApp.
• Ratings should be honest, fair, and based on the actual service experience.
• Ratings are used to maintain service quality and help other customers make informed decisions.
• TinyFix reserves the right to remove ratings that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
• Technicians' average ratings are visible on their profiles and may affect job assignment priority.

11. Intellectual Property

• The TinyFix name, logo, website design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of TinyFix Services.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without prior written permission.
• Photos submitted through the platform remain the property of the user who submitted them but are licensed to TinyFix for the purpose of service delivery and quality assurance.
• Feedback, suggestions, and ideas submitted to TinyFix may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using TinyFix, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TinyFix Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Any services provided by Technicians (if you are a Customer)
• Any services you provide through the platform (if you are a Technician)
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

15. Termination

• TinyFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
• You may stop using the service at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at support@tinyfix.com.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections related to liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

17. Modifications to These Terms

TinyFix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through our WhatsApp channel or by posting a notice on our website. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
